N Motala & Associates is a civil litigation practice founded in 2024 by Nasreen Motala who is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Nasreen graduated from the University of Cape Town with an LLB. After completing her articles, she practiced as an associate attorney for more than a decade at Greenberg & Associates where she eventually became head of their litigation department. Nasreen has experience in a variety of areas of law from family law, evictions, liquidations, building disputes and debt collection.
